Alex joined in 2019 as a member of Lincoln Hose Co. and graduated the Monmouth County Fire Academy in 2020. He became Lieutenant of the company in 2023. When the companies merged into one, Alex remained Lieutenant and for the 2026 year was voted in as Captain. Alex is also one of the departments Surface / Swift Water Rescue Technicians.

Alex serves as the department's NERIS Coordinator, Medical Officer, and Records Administrator

Alex is also an EMT and 1st Lieutenant of the Keyport First Aid Squad.
